Shannon (RVT, CVPP) bio: Shannon is a Kansas City native and a 2010 graduate of the Maple Woods Veterinary Technology program. She has been working in small animal pet hospitals since 2005. In 2018, Shannon completed additional training to become a Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner and has been using this to help pets manage chronic and acute pain conditions.
