Spay & Neuter
Our staff is devoted to the care of your pets, and our goal is to treat them like family. One way we can help to ensure that pets stay in the happy homes into which they have been born or adopted, is to make sure they are neutered at the proper time. The proper time usually means before adolescence occurs, but it is never too late! you pet cat or dog should only be left 'intact' and not neutered or spayed if he or she is to be used to produce more kittens or puppies. In this country, pet over-population is a serious problem, and has led to rescue groups and shelters being crowded with cast-off or unwanted dogs and cats, many of which are, sadly, never placed into their forever homes with loving families.
Having said that, we want you to have confidence in our ability to provide safe, comfortable surgical altering for your pet. Whether dog or cat, femal or male, spay/neuter sugery is a very routine procedure in our hands. Our doctors have many, many years of surgical experience.
